Creating a One Time Visit to a Customer’s Property

To create a one time visit, on the left side menu, click schedule. Once on the schedule screen, click the green “New Event” button, then click “Visit to Customer”.

First, enter a name / short description for the visit. Select the customer and their property.

If there aren’t any default items and services for this property, start typing in the Items or Service / Description Box to enter a new item or service with the quantity and price.

Add any notes, then choose to assign a crew (this is optional), then click “Create Visit”.
